Riversdale Estate contains pasture, tillable and development opportunities that would enable us to create a working goat farm. The manufacturing plant will be housed at the Cove Industrial Estate.

How It Works
Our Processes and Quality Control
1. Milking
Goat milking is the process of extracting milk from a lactating female goat for human consumption. Goat milk is a popular alternative to cow’s milk due to its unique nutritional profile and flavour. Milking goats requires a certain level of expertise and care to ensure the goats are comfortable and healthy, and the milk is of high quality.
2. Processing
Goat milk processing involves the transformation of raw goat milk into a variety of dairy products, such as cheese, yogurt, and butter. The processing begins by filtering the raw milk to remove any impurities and then pasteurizing it to eliminate any harmful bacteria. Once the milk is pasteurized, it can be homogenized, a process that breaks up the milk fat globules to create a uniform texture. From there, the milk can be used to make a range of products, depending on the desired outcome.
